Policy on deposit:
– non refundable
– in case rescheduling isn’t possible to establish, customer forfeits deposit of £10
– deducted from the session payment

Policy on cancelation:
– all cancellation must be done by email or phone up to a 36 hours before the start
– in case service was pied in advance and cancellation was in acceptable time frame: £10 (deposit) will be deducted as non refundable, rest of the service payment will be returned with in next 2 working days
